We want you to shop with confidence and appreciate your support of our small business. All items are carefully inspected and described to the best of our ability before listing.

Due to the nature of our inventory, all sales are final, and we do not accept returns or issue refunds for reasons such as fit, sizing, color preference, or change of mind.

However, we will gladly make things right in the following situations:

  • If you receive the incorrect item, or

  • If your item arrives with damage that was not disclosed in the listing

In these cases, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue so we can assist you promptly at Simplyrenewshop@gmail.com. Approved cases may be eligible for a return or refund.
